Fostering of a Collegiate Perspective:

There is more in training an individual to be a good student. We enhance the students’ abilities to live, adopt, and take full advantage of the University resources, the academic experience and the international environment.

The description of this stage is included in the General Syllabus in the Study Skills and the British Culture, European & International Issues modules.

The Network Foundation Programme gives the students the opportunity to fulfil their goals, having acquired a very good academic base. This base will be developed during their studies at the University, providing these students with the knowledge & potential to become successful scientists and professionals.

Having completed the Network Foundation Programme with a satisfactory grade, according to the requirements of each department, a student will combine the following standards:

  • Very good knowledge in 3 subjects equivalent to GCE A-Levels+ English Language
  • English Language proficiency equivalent to TOEFL 575-600 (Paper-based), or 230-250 (Computer-based) or 88-100 (Ibt) and above or IELTS 6.0-6.5 and above
  • Competent Study Skills and experience to cope with the University’s demands and heavy workload
  • Good knowledge of the British educational system
  • Basic knowledge of the British culture, history and life characteristics

Universities are always invited to check on the maintenance of our standards. Representatives of collaborating Universities have full access to all test and laboratory material and project subjects. Representatives are also invited to visit our facilities at our own expense, to monitor the final exams and interview the students and staff.
